1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

🚚 Standard Orders: Dispatched within 2–4 business days.

⚡ Express Orders: Dispatched within 2 business day.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes:

🚚 Standard Delivery: 10–15 business days after dispatch.

⚡ Express Delivery: 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

🇮🇳 Standard Delivery: ₹80/- all over India.

⚡ Express Delivery: ₹120/- all over India.

The selected delivery option and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure that all delivery details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delays or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, the tracking number will be provided to track your delivery status.

6. Delivery Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

7. Undelivered Orders

If an order is undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Unboxing Video

🎥 A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any complaint regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

Without a proper opening/unboxing video, complaints may not be accepted.
